and I am not the same person .... the staff has actually gone out of their way to inconvenience my life. Constant mistakes by them (I realize people make mistakes), but then do not take responsibility for those mistakes and rectify what they did wrong with proper customer service. The head of the leasing office is completely unqualified. Blames me for mistakes that her staff made instead of taking responsibility for those errors. The below poster is right that the catch phrase in the office is "I'm sorry". Of course, I'm sorry means I'm not going to fix my (or the staff's) mistake. I have lived in an apartment over half my life. I couldn't tell ya the names or even what the staff looked like at almost all of them. I'm very familiar in just a few months with most of the staff at the Charter due to the numerous mistakes they have made (clerical, maintenance, etc.). Spend a few extra dollars to go to an Irvine Company Property or several other properties in the area are almost finished. Go give them a try. I will when my lease is up.

I totally agree with your review! The staff is unhelpful and a headache to deal with and completely incompetent. Unless you constantly call to complain my work orders never get fixed. I'll be moving to an Irvine Company complex when my lease is up.
