Its overall very nice, but the manager is not customer-friendly

My friends lived here for about 4 years and they really liked it so i decided to move in. I like that there is guest parking (without a permit) and an assigned garage spot. The unit is nice and I feel very safe. The only thing I don't care for is the staff. When I signed my lease, I filled out the information they needed about my car but the first week, I accidentally parked in the wrong spot and was towed! When I went to talk to the leasing office about it, they claimed I hadn't given them the car info so they just had it towed. The apartment manager referred to it as a "costly mistake" even though I had provided the information, they just didn't write it down on their list of vehicles. Also, a friend of mine was interested in moving here and the staff told us we'd get this great deal for a 2 bedroom of $1700/mo. Then the employee went to talk to the apartment manager about it and suddenly the same apartment was going to be $2000/ mo simply because I was already a resident. I felt like they didn't care if I had an established relationship, they just wanted their money. I already know the rent is going to go up considerably once my lease is up, so I probably won't be living here again.
