We loved it From: pshaw Date posted: 6/24/2005 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2005   We lived in one of the townhouse style apartments situated above garages & without any upstairs or downstairs neighbors. In fact, we only shared one wall & never heard a peep out of our neighbors. So I don't know what it would be like to live in one of the larger buildings. Managements & maintenance staff were all very helpful & couteous - never any problems with them. We really loved our apartment - we only moved because we were having a baby & needed more space. (Now we're at the Pinnacle at MacArthur Place & just hate it!) The only complaints are: parking for our second car could get very hard to find by 5 pm.; the kitchen was tiny & hard to work in; finally, move-out costs were a bit much.
