Best Apartment Experience ever! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 10/12/2005 Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2005   My husband an I lived at Estancia for almost 4 years and we loved it. We have been living in apartments for over 10 years and this has been our favorite. The maintence staff was always fast and did a good job at fixing everything. The office staff was outstanding, very friendly and seemed truley comitted to customer satisfaction!
