Spotless but Noisy

The staff are courteous and efficient, and the unit we rented was spotless and in perfect condition upon move in.
A downside is the lack of play areas for children; they tend to congregate and make lots of noise in open areas, as kids normally do--that's not music to everyone's ears. Also, there are plenty of older "kids" who like racing through the complex in search of open parking.
Estancia is really a young adult/familes complex with a smattering of more mature tenants.
