I was surprised to find so many negative comments about my community, Estancia. My husband and I have lived here now for over a year, and we have yet to experience any of the problems described by others. We are more than please with our living conditions and situation, that we just renewwed olur lease for another year. The office and maintanence staff is very helpful; everyone goes out of their way to make sure you're happy and well-satisfied. My apartment and the grounds are more than what I expected -- the IRvine company certainly does everything to ensure quality.
Overall, we have always had good expereinces here and I think that more people are apt to complain than say anything positive.

wow...that's a staff comment if i ever saw one. Parking sucks. It's noisy. My apartment is like...right on irvine blvd and i have to hear traffic all the time. Not to mention the staff is pompous and arrogant. I can't wait until my lease is over so I can leave this dump.
