decent but pricey From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 5/4/2006 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2006   Compared to other apartments in Orange County this place is a luxury - but there is absolutely no sense of committment to the tenants. We have lived here over 2 years and the rent has simply skyrocketed - and management is unwilling to bend at all. High turnover of residents - it's all about the money! Our apartment is quiet (we live downstairs) and we have no parking issues. The place looks nice but actual workmanship is shoddy - amazing what people in Orange County accept for the rent they pay! IAC has got it made. Fairly safe but last year we had quite a few cops/arrests/ vandalism between a few select tenants. They seem to finally be gone. I am super glad I don't live by the pool - I bet my opinion would change. Guess it's worth it if you can afford it - but looks aren't everything!
