Best deal in town!! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 6/20/2007 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007   Just moved from RSM to lessen commute to work and I found the best place in Irvine!! Even though the rent is higher than my last place, I am saving so much money on gas that it balances out. But compared to other places in the Irvine area you get alot more for alot less. Pretty much everywhere else was more expensive and all you get is different colored paint and different counter tops. Not worth the extra $80 or so to me. The move-in process was smooth, all of my neighbors are nice and friendly. The only complaint I have is that the trees around here "shed" their leaves like crazy so I always try to park my car in the garage. But they totally remind me of where I grew up so that was defintely part of the appeal of moving here. The best part is that I can walk to the grocery store and starbucks!!! Plus BJ's pizza delivers here so when I am feeling lazy and tired of walking I can enjoy the food without all the hustle and bustle. Overall I would say I really enjoy living here and cannot imagine moving anywhere else at this point.
