Expensive but worth it for me

I've been living here for 1.5 years now in 2 different apartments. The first apartment was on Irvine Boulevard and was noisy due to the traffic and the fact that we were just far up enough the block for motorcycles and cars to top out the first gear. After my room mate moved out we moved inside the complex near the gate and I can't hear any traffic or neighbors. The walls are quiet, the complex is clean and the management is friendly. We actually had our water heater crack and leak water all over the patio. None got into the apartment and it was fixed that day. It's close to the 261 toll road, 5 freeway and the shopping center. Parking isn't the best due to the fact that trucks and oversize SUV's don't fit into the garages but usually you can find something around or park at Albertsons, which is literally 100 feet away.
