very rude manager, very bad maintenance, stinky hallway

The manager sandy Parker is very rude and have no respect to the tenants. She alway want to get you out of her office as soon as possible. She is too busy to help you. She is pain to deal with. If you have anything need to be fix, you need to wait for a long time. The hallway is stinky.
