Harvard Manor is the worst place you can ever imagine. The laundry rooms are very dirty. The back yards are very dirty and disgusting. The dirt is collecting everywhere. The trash is thrown every where. There is no body to clean it. There is nobody who will listen to you. My whole point is that nobody cares. In million years I would not recommend it to anybody.
