You can find better From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 8/28/2003 Years at this apartment: 1998 - 2000   Parking was a nightmare if you came home after 9 pm... I had to park in the neighborhoods across the street from the apartment complex before because there was absolutely no parking left. There are also rats in this place. I had to sell my car because a rat crawled into it overnight while I was parked in my carport (next to the dumpster) and died in my car in the walls. We also had mice and rats in our apartment which forced us to move. Some neighbors can be a little intimidating if you're a female walking outside alone at night. It's like the ghetto of Irvine. If you live near KinderCare, don't expect to get any peace and quiet. Management was also rude and refused to acknowledge that there was a mice/rat problem in their complex.
