Noisy, rude management, nice maintenance people

Management staff is absolutely rude! Have to run airconditioning at night because the noise prohibits opening windows. I think that we are part of the very few who pick up after their dogs, and the trash situation has been a nightmare for the past few months. The maintenance staff is very helpful and friendly.
