I have lived here for a while now. The floorplans are large they have townhomes that are really nice. The community is going throu construction and I am transferring to the new units, these are very nice. The building is gettig painted as well. I agree with the last review about the fitness center. We just got notice that they are adding two new ones. Again we have a new manager (yes the other one only lasted a few months, this is typical for IAC)The new one is nice and seems to be on it. She has been inforcing the rule (if your a rule breaker this is bad if not its good) I like it and the area is good. Very quiet! The rents are higher and higher each year but that tgoes for all the apartments in Irvine. I think its good for the price.
