We had high hopes for this complex. At the time we moved in it was quite "stepford" like...Quiet, peaceful and many families living in the surrounding apartment homes. Within 2 months of living there, that all vanished. Between the noise & filth from the all of the remodeling in many of the apartments around us(we blew 2 tires due to nails being left out in the garage areas) to the college students living below (parties weekly & loud music nightly), this ideal place became complete hell.

In recent months, parking has become an issue. Too many people using their garages for storage so they are taking up any available parking space (including visitors which makes it difficult having friends or family over) or squeezing into street entryway. That coupled with the speed demon drivers makes for scary situations. Children run wild (little supervision, if any)through the streets and parking lots of the apartment community at rush hour so you always have to be on the look out.

As for the management, coming from a very customer service oriented company I was very disappointed with the service we received. It took us calling the Irvine Police Department on our neighbors before they even bothered to return our calls (over a month to do so). We have had 2 services requests unfulfilled because they never passed it on to the maintenance staff.

If you're looking for a decent place to live...Don't live here!
