Since we occupied this unit in June 2007, our family enjoyed the serenity of the community. The location is good, neighbors are warm, surroundings are cozy and relaxing. I will surely miss this place when we move to Bay Area soon. Truly this community is like home to us. I hope we can find a better replacement somewhere in Bay Area.

My whole family is sad that we will leave the community soon.

I'm glad you had such a pleasant experience at this property. we have lived at this property longer than you did, and can't believe we live at the same place, since we have had the completely opposite experience! It's TERRIBLE! Makes me wonder if this review is real.... hmmmm....

am so sorry to hear your experience. i think we are just blessed to have our unit and location. if yours is a terrible one, i may suggest woodberry or san remo could be best for you. Godspeed.

hey john2bilbao, is there adequate street parking at San Carlo? we are interested in the 3 bedroom townhome, but we will have 3 or 4 cars. (2 car max at san carlo). thanks
