Parking'''' From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 6/29/2008 Years at this apartment: 2008 - 2008 1 photo   Parking - San Marco gives out one assigned covered space for each apartment with a parking sticker for each room. All of the other spaces are marked "residence" and must have a sticker in the upper left window of the parked car. There are only a few Guest spaces in each area. Some residence parking in the guest spaces with parking stickers on. Because of this there are never any guest spaces available and there are always empty residence spaces. I lived at Cedar Creek Apartments another Irvine property. They only have assigned covered space for each apartment and all other spaces are open and none of my guest ever had a problem finding a place to park. The current way the parking is being managed at San Marco is causing frustration with the residence and not providing adequate parking.
