You can do better. From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 2/24/2006 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2006   For the cost, it is not a good value. Irvine is an expensive area but the small nuisances like constantly breaking fixtures and the nervousness I constantly had about stuff like the laundry room theft (which I did not personally experience, but heard enough about from my neighbors that I guarded my laundry like I was in some ghetto laundromat---NOT what you want to have to do in a "luxury" apartment complex)and the management, while professional, will nickel and dime you in every possible small way and don't expect your deposit back---these large apartments owned by corporations are all run by impersonal sharks.
