After reading your reviews I want to say, "oh shut up" you over gripping residents. Good greif! that' life. You act like this is suppose to be a five star hotel. This place is a great place to live. I think someone from every nation lives here. That was the only hard part for me because I'm not use to so many different cultures but I suppose its been good for me to interact with different kinds of people. I have lived here six years and this place is always kept imaculent. Always clean and always is made to look like new. Stop gripping! The black top is always paved to where it looks brand new, the paint is always kept up and yes, I miss Brady, the Manager, which left and was promoted to the incredible Village! I didn't realize what a great manager he really was until he was replaced. No offence. He took the time to be kind and notice people and dealt with problems quickly. I can see why he was promoted! He deserved it! The irvine company has kept this property up. The pools are beautiful and the maintenance team does an excellent job. They are so kind and helpful in every way! I have never had to wait if my dishwasher broke down or for any thing that needed fixing. They were always here promply and solved the problem usually within 10 minutes. They came immediately. I read reviews and they act like no house, condo or apt is suppose have any problems. This place is quiet and sometimes there is that neighbour that makes a little too much noise but thats just life learning to be flexible when you live with so many different people. You can't expect it to be like a private resident such as a home. I'm sorry, your grips were just one too many for me and this place is adorable and well worth the money! I recommend San Paula! It is central location and a great place to live. The price is Orange County and I don't think you will find this many amendities for any less money is a location like this. Orange County is outrageously expensive. Its hard getting ahead with the cost of living.

Excuse me? Have you been drinking too much IAC wine? This report was so amazingly glowing, you must be Brady's replacement pretending to be a resident. Did they pay you to write this review? Yes, Orange County is way overpriced for everything, especially in the monopoly sites of the Irvine Apartment Company, but even at these prices, should we really expect no better service or environment than I found living under the Shell Oil Refinery in Martinez, California for $700 a month? Your review does a severe disservice to those looking for a decent place to live, because this is NOT it.
