Sonoma at Oak Creek

Overly priced but a nice place. From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 11/25/2007 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007   I have to admint the only problem here is the lack of parking. Management doesn't seem to care about keeping track of the number of vehicles tenants are bringing in. There are neighbors who have three vehicles. One neighbor's third vehicle's pretty much abandoned in the parking lot. We've made sure Management and Maintenance crew are aware of the problem but refuses to deal with it. The green piece of ---- Civc even has expired tags. There are times the car doesn't move for over six months. I would only recommend this place if Managment would monitor the number of vehicles tenants have and enforce garages for vehicles only and not storage. I was so relieved when they informed us that there will be assigned parking for all tenants thinking that will resolve the problem. But the only problem with that is that was three months ago. Nothing has progressed since that announcement.
