I Love Where I Live

Turtle Ridge is an excellent place to live.

Since it's such a new community, everything feels fresh and new and the leasing staff are very friendly.

I love having my own garage and a washing machine and dryer in my apartment.

There's an excellent community pool and spa with ample room for gatherings of friends and family.

The walls are thick so I never hear any of my neighbors.

I really like the fact that I'm the first person to live in my apartment.

I strongly feel this is the best place to live in Irvine.

You will, however, have a very high rent.

It might seem reasonable at first, but no utilities are included and you even have to add on trash collection service.

I highly recommend bargaining with the leasing staff for a lower rent.

The complex isn't full yet so use that to your advantage because they want to fill it up as soon as possible.
