If you are looking for a new place close to Irvine, Fashion Island, South Coast Plaza and the beach, this is the place.

I have got to meet several of my neighbors in the few months I have lived here, but EVERYONE is very friendly.

Like the last reviewer said, yes, it is not cheap to live here, but I have lived in a cheaper place in Costa Mesa thinking I would save a few dollars, but I got my car keyed, I never had a place to park, maintenance never got done, etc and it ended up being more in the long run and the place was a D-U-M-P.

Turtle Ridge is well worth the money to me.

I will be here until I can find a decent home for under $400K.

Oh yeah, the people (men and women) are friggin gorgeous! I swear I have never seen so many good looking people in my life.

This summer at the pool will be great! :)
