Hot Guys in the Leasing Office

I worked with Steve and John in the leasing office and they were both very helpful (not to mention hot!!).
I guess they aren't allowed to say what type of people live here, but it is mostly single people and young couples my age range 25-40.
Everyone I have met around the pool and in the gym seems very nice also. There is only 1 pool, so you tend to get to meet people quickly too, which is nice since I just moved to Southern California from Arizona.
Like the previous person said, so far so good. I'll let you all know if there is anything bad to report.
