Went Downhill Over My Three Years There

After extensively researching Irvine/Newport apartments, I chose Turtle Ridge.

During my first year living there (while the community was less than two years old), it was in great condition, and one of the best apartment communities in Irvine.

By my third year, it went downhill -- big time.

They cannot retain a manager (or anyone in the leasing office, it seems).

At the time my lease ended after my third year there, they had an interim manager who seemed to have little idea what he was doing.

The pool heater was consistently "broken" during the past two years, and it often took months to repair.

Finding parking became extremely difficult, especially for those of us who arrive home from work after 6:00 p.m.

During my first year, there were parking stickers and garage checks, but both of these policies were terminated.

The quality of the residents also deteriorated.

Staff never returned my phone calls.
