I've lived in a number of apartments in the area and Turtle Ridge is clearly the best. Without question it may be a little higher than some other properties ... but you get what you pay for!

It's almost new, landscaping is beautiful, quiet community, nothing to complain about!

When I was looking to move, I looked at a ton of properties, and Turtle Ridge was about $100 more than some others I was considering. I figured on paper (before looking in person) that i would go for the cheaper apartments because I really didn't care about the location or upgrades (wood style flooring in the kitchen/entry, tile countertops, etc)....but once I got inside, it was an easy decision to pay the extra money. I am really glad I did.

You pay for an Irvine address, but basically get a Newport Coast location (surrounded on 2 sides by Newport Coast border).

The office staff are great too! I even submitted a maintenence request by email from work one morning and when I got home it was done. How great is that'
