Turtle Ridge

OK. It's right between what are basically 3 freeways (73 Toll Road, Bonita Canyon which is an artery to Irvine and NB these days, and Newport Coast), so the traffic noise is nearly unbearable at times--especially at commute hours and weekends. It's near UCI and this can lead to a number of "kids" in an apartment partying and raising hell (not to mention too many cars in the parking spots). Ants are unbelievable here. Total invasion this summer and the front office seems unable to control the issue. Spoke with the "bug man" and he seems to indicate it's one of his worst apartments on his route. There's no place to walk either since you're right on the freeways--and that really sucks.
Other than that it's the typical formula for Irvine Company apartments. If you've seen one new IAC building, you've seen this one. It's not bad, but it's not the best. For my money (and if I wasn't too lazy to move) I'd choose Newport Ridge just up the hill. Much nicer location and place.
