I am so fed up the parking issues here at Turtle Ridge. I live over by the 700 and parking is a nightmare! There are never any open spots between 7:00pm thru 6:00am It is absolutely horrible! People park in red zones and in front of their garages with the car sticking out! I work late and my wife parks in the garage. Not very happy and im looking to give my notice when my lease is up.

this is not the OC experience, you must be from another planet, for this kind of money you can live much better

i agree with the above response: original poster of this glowing review is either-- 1)an employee (most likely) OR 2) is smoking something (and i do not mean tobacco!)

It is a nice place and conveniently located, but the staff are totally useless. I don't know how CARLOS has made it to a manager there... He can't do anything right! Things are always not working, and there are way too many single divorced people living there with unattended screaming kids at the pool....

Here is a thought, have your wife park in an empty spot and you park in the garage when you get home. Problem solved. I live in the 900 building and never seem to have a problem parking even when I come home late. I don't work for the company, but just had to respond to a ridiculously stupid comment.
