Turtle Ridge has gone downhill for the past years

I've been living here for almost 4 years and the quality of the management have gone from superb to non existent at all.
The old staffs were very attentive and fast to get to your request but the new ones are horrible.
They never return your phone calls and the manager seems to keep changing every 8 months.
I'm definetely moving out when my lease is out because this place is not worth it anymore.
With the amount of rent that we are paying we should at least get a decent management!

I agree wholeheartedly with this review. The management are just going through the motions. They don't seem to care anymore. TR has gone downhill. The worst part is the lack of parking enforcement. People are free to illegally park at red zones and in front of their garage doors, thus blocking the street. Management will never tow or ticket. Never.
People are also free to wash their cars, when car washing is supposed to be forbidden. Lights remain out for long periods of time without being fixed. One TV in the exercise has been broken, where the colors are just awful and dark, for years.
TR is now just a sad place.

I, also agree. It has been going downhill for a long time. A person paying as much as they charge for apts at Turtle Ridge should expect much more.

John used to run the show in the office. I heard they fired him because his dog mistakenly wasn't on his lease or something. What a load of crap! After all the extra hours I saw him put in?!?! That's how the Irvine Company treats its best employees I guess.... The place is terrible now. I'm moving as soon as I can!!
