Worthless Managment Staff

I have called twice and spoken with 2 different people on staff.Two garage's opened up by my apt.I asked to move from my current garage to the one by my front door which would be very handy.I have a handy cap and carring groceries or walking distance is difficult for me.There is no special parking in my building and over all parking is not good.
