Villa Coronado

Yes, this place IS expensive, but find me another complex in Irvine that isn't! Out of all the Irvine apartments, this is the most bang for your buck. I live by the road Harvard and yeah, it can be noisy, but I've learned to tune it out. I love to swim and tan by the great pool they have. It looks so luxurious. The rooms and living room is so spacious, well compared to the other complexes around here. I love how it's close to school too. Overall, besides the insect attacks (ugh I hate spiders) I would give this complex an A-. I will definitely miss my apt when I move out. Oh and a word for the maintainance guys - you can't find any better! They fix things literally ON THE DAY! I think only once they fixed it the next day... The office staff is generally nice. The lady who helped me was exceptionally nice and she knows me by name, even if I only see her five times a year. There were a couple catty workers at the office who talked to me as if I was a bum (the short brown hair lady - everyone knows who I'm talking about) but other than that, I LOVE VILLA CORONADO. :)
