I love coming home to Villa Coronado. I have had no complaints living here. The staff is wonderful, friendly, and very professional. The maintenance staff as well is very courteous and prompt regarding maintenance requests. They usually come and fix things on the same day or even right away. Parking has never been a problem for us. We have 3 cars and even on weekends when our friends come over and parking has been accomodating (of course you have to come by a little but early).

With regards to the noise level, i guess it all depends on your neighbors as well as location. You live in an apartment so you have to be prepared to have some cons especially with noise. Our neighbor above us are college students so it could get noisy during the weekends but bearable at least. We have no problem with insects and our apartment is newly remodeled so it looks really nice!

Overall, my husband and i love living here. It really feels like home.
