awesome From: hamster52 Date posted: 7/23/2006 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2006   I have lived here for the past 2 years and i have practically no complaints. the management has always been awesome to me - friendly and welcoming and always ready to help if i had a problem. parking is an issue once in awhile, but almost all irvine communities have parking issues and when it does become a big issue the management makes sure that people are using their garage for cars and not storage so that it clears up the open parking spaces. when i first moved in, i had a little problem with ants in a few areas, but when i notified the leasing office they had someone come in within a few days and spray the place while i was at work and the apartment was ant free for a year. after the first year, i had to get it done again, but it's been clear since then *i'm guessing the spray only works for about a year* overall, i really love this community and am really sad to have to leave. it's true that having nice quiet neighbors helps the apartment living situation, but you have to remember that you live in an APARTMENT and with that you have to give up a little privacy and quiet.
