Well my experience with villa coronado was a torn opinion.... at first i loved it although we did settle for a 3rd floor unit which we ended up hating after walking up a million stairs 3 times a day...
the ants are terrible!!! we got them a week after move in and called for the exterminator and 3 weeks later got them again.... they are all over our patio all over the grill where food was everyday!!! and were on the 3rd floor
maitnece is SUPPOSED to pick trash up outside of you unit on tues and thurs mornings, and sometimes they just dont leaving the trash sit in front of your door and bringing a trail of more ants closer to your unit
as far as the noise i didnt have any complaints with the neighbors being too loud, we are very close to the highway though so when the windows are open its extremly noisey with the traffic, also boomers is across the 405 and occasionally on fri and sat nights they prop speakers onto a crane and crank the mousi up until midnight ratteling the windows (literally) and we called over twice and finally filed a noise complaint with the police
the managment is a mess, they were rude and had no idea what they were talking about when we were trying to put in our 30 days which took 7 days to do because no one could give us correct information
we would get messages left saying complaints were made on us and they were calling the wrong apt, we would get calls from the management from 3 different people in one day on an issue that they probably didnt need to call about anyway, there was just no communication
the parking i dont find is THAT bad, there is usually some parking, the gates on the outside however are often just open and anyone can come in....
overall im over it here, the ants are absolutly disgusting and i cant wait to get away from that! I think for the money you can get sometime a little nicer elsewhere
