Just moved in to my apartment a few months ago and I was a little worried by some of these bad ratings, However, I have not witnessed any of these things. Whatever happened in the past must have been corrected because everything so far has been just about perfect. It's a quiet community, parking is fine as long as you use your garage and my leaky faucet got fixed on the same day I asked about it.My Apartment is nice with Granite counters and all the amenites. Washer/Dryer, Microwave, Fridge.Etc,etc...I would defintily recommend this place to anyone.
