Overall... not the worse place to live

I've lived in many apartment communities around OC and this one isn't too bad. Parking has been a pain lately, but that's what you get living near a college. The guest parking is intermixed with resident (non permit) parking, so sometimes it is hard to find a spot, however usually there IS something. In the hot summer months there tends to be an ant problem, but this is common for everyone in OC. Harvard is quite noisy, so I don't recommend an apartment that over looks the road. In addition, they've been doing construction out there for 11 months and they start at 6:30am. I've always felt safe in this community. The fitness center is usually clean and not too busy. There are only two pools for the whole community, which makes it a bit crowded, but there are lots of lounge chairs and tables. Maintenance has been pretty quick to fix any problems or concerns. Overall, it's nicer than some places I've like (like Villa Siena) and I would consider staying if they had a 1 br in my price range.
