Gangbangers' Ghetto living' Prostitutes'! The other reviews of this apartment complex were clearly written by people on crack. This is Irvine, for pete's sake.

Anyhoo. This complex is fine. We have tons of closets and additional storage on our balcony and in our garage. The kitchen and bathrooms are well-appointed and maintenance is quick to deal with any issues. I never have trouble finding parking, and if nothing else I can go in my garage. Some of the people here are tools but that will happen wherever you go - especially in Irvine.

There is a shopping center with Ralph's, a great dry cleaner, and a bunch of other crap right across the street. This is one of the only complexes in this god-forsaken suburb that doesn't force you to drive just to pick up a gallon of milk. And if you commute by train, you can take a free shuttle that stops right outside the complex to the Tustin train station.

It's not paradise, but it has the cheapest rents for the square footage you get among most of the Irvine Company properties. I would definitely recommend this complex to other people looking for reasonable but nice apartments.

You're the one on crack. It is a frat house and the staff could care less. If you work for a living, stay away because you won't get much sleep. This places SUCKS!
