I have lived here several times over the years and found out that the key is location and which model you select. Lived on the third floor once and would never do that again due to only stairs. I have lived in the Coachhouse Model for a total of 3 years and love it. The place is clean, roomy, safe and I have found the staff to be friendly and helpful.

True, the parking can sometimes be a problem but if you only have one vehicle and use your garage for parking instead of storage only there are absolutly no problems. Something that is somewhat irritating is that there seems to be a number of people who use their garage for storage only and use up the outside parking places. This causes problems and does not seem to be an issue for the staff.

I would recommend this place for anyone and while not as quiet as a home in a purely residential neighborhood is better than most complexes.

Excuse me but you must be on pain killers or your just plain deaf! This is the loudest location I have every experienced! THis place is like a hotel, definatley not a place to call home! Get a grip!!

Recently Villa Coronado had lowered there rents and all the trashy people have poured in, I guess Park West must be full, always noisy day and night, office staff is horrible.
