First off, realize that the only people that take the time to rate apartments are the ones that have something negative to say. While some of the things they have to say may be true, most of it is --------.

Villa Siena is beautiful, and it defintly is the nicest community in Irvine. Take a look for yourself.

Unless you're a snobby stuck up ------- that sleeps at 9pm on a Saturday night, the noise level really isn't that bad, we sleep with our windows open, facing the pool, and the noise is fine, and if it ever gets bad, we just close the windows and its dead quiet. I don't know about the older buildings, but living in 25, we never never heard any of our neighbors, but inside the apt, the doors are razor thin so we hear everything.

That and the lack of guest parking due to residents with more than 2 cars is the only concerns. Villa Siena needs to allow residents to rent out extra spaces. Villa Siena is expanding drastically and if they do not build additional parking for EVERYONE not just enough for the new residents, parking will be an extreme nightmare.

Other than that, Villa Siena is heavenly.
