The last review was obviously written by management staff, don't let them lie to you to steal your money. They give a 5 star rating for security, if you believe it, read the police log of the Irvine Daily News, lots of car thefts, burglaries, etc. Building 70 has 15-20 Asian Gang members who reside there, management doesn't kick out the people who don't belong, they simply write lies and bury their heads in the sand. Don't take your children there or single woman, the security force is a joke, there's no cameras in the parking garages and cars are stolen and broken into all the time. Now there's burglaries occuring in the apartments themselves. Management makes no attempt to evict all the college students and gang members who crash there. 400 cars are parked overnight in visitor parking spots every night. Don't waste your money here, it's not a safe community. IAMC writes lies and fake apartment reviews to steal your hard-earned cash. Don't be fooled!

Excuse me, but do you have a problem with college students and asian people? We are living in a advanced society and I don't think that you should judge other individuals into certain groups. Not all the asian people are in gangs, and do you have proof? College students are paying the same thing you are so I don't think you have the right to complain. If you do not like the facility then buy a house, but do remember that "asian gang members" or "college" students will be around because this is Irvine and there is a University based here. It's immature and ridiculous that you are stereotyping and creating all these facades that are extremely offensive, ethnic and class wise.
