I have lived in Villa Sienna since 2002. Upon first moving there, I felt that almost everything was pretty good. Since then, my opinion has changed. Parking is a huge headache for tenants as well as visitors. The only times when this is not true would be in the early afternoons and during the day on weekends when people are out and about. If security sees your car parked in the visitor lot because another tenant has parked in your lot, they will tow your car. If I'm paying to live at Villa Sienna, shouldn't I be able to park where ever I want as long as it's not in another tenants spot without the fear of being towed'
The second complaint would be that of noise during the night. I myself go to UCI and am well aware of the fact that people play their music loud in their cars because I do it myself. The difference however is that I wait until I have left the gates of Villa Sienna so as not to disturb others, whether they be children and parents trying to get their rest, or other students trying to study.
On a more positive note, Villa Sienna is a wonderful place to live for the beauty. The members of the maintenance staff are pretty responsible to your needs and attend to you as quickly as possible.
Due to the other hassels however, I would not reccomend this complex if you have a low to meduim tolerance for noise and not being able to part at night.
