I found out about this website and had to check it out. After reading some of these comments, I had to laugh, but when I read the last comment about the leasing manager, I was taken back and appauled. We actually rented an aparment from Dean due to his customer service, his knowledge of Villa Siena and he found us the perfect place. Is he Shady'' the answer would be NO. We have lived here for over 2 years and we continue to meet people at the different functions and everyone seems to like thier home, like the landscape, the pools, and the staff! I shoed this to one of my neighbors and they we shocked about some of the comments and told me how Dean helped them out when they had some noise complaints, he came over after hours to listen to the noise, told us what would happen, and the noise has stopped. He then wrote them a letter about the situation and included a box of chocolates. I can guarantee if you had everyone write a comment about him or the staff, they would be positive. I hope everyone gets to read this true and accurate coment!

Obviously this IS dean writing this response, haha anonymous dean..... ive lived here for a year now and have not known anyone who would ever rave about his so called excellent customer service!!!! read the other reviews, especially the ones about the looser people living here that complain all the time-
