For some reason these 'posh' individuals decided that living in close proximity to a campus was a good idea. They then procede to complain about everyone that makes noise. Even if you talk to them about having gatherings, they without fail will call the Irvine Police. In addition the Maint. Office is completely worthless, and never informs of delivered packages.

If you live here be prepared to hate your neigbors, and the inconvience of the parking (guest spots are never available past about 8pm).

OK I was luckey, I did not chose this community, I was almost rent this Apt. however, I read this comment, I thought I was very lucky to did not rent this apt.

I work in the office and feel the need to respond...1. this community is ALSO next to several of Irvine's largest Corporations...2. It is not maint's job to inform you, there are 1500 apartments here, it is the postal carrier's job to post a note on your door, as stated in your lease...3. We NEVER call the police unless drugs or violence are involved. I'm sorry you had such a bad experience, but this community is amazing.
