Oh my God.... Let me start by saying yes, I am a former employee at Villa Siena and the stuff I am reading here is a bunch of BS. I worked in the business office where complaints came in, and most of the stuff that the residents complained about were completly out of our control

There were residents that wanted us to tell their neighbors to stop smoking on their patio, change their working hours because they walk up the stairs too late, and various other crap that we cannot control. Grow up. I think the real problem here is that people see Villa Siena and know that it is the best in Irvine so they stretch their pennies to live the good life and expect to have their noses wiped by the staff for "the amount of rent they pay"

How dare anyone have a negative word to say about Dean. I have seen that man break his neck to accomodate future residents. Even when things were beyond his job duties, he would come down to resident services and make sure we did whatever the resident needed.

People, give them a break! There are over 1400 apartments in Villa Siena, and less than 20 employes. Stop bombarding them with senseless demands and look at what you have.

Beautiful grounds, not 1 but several fitness centers, several pools, on site storage facilities, activites almost every day, dry cleaning service, and the list goes on and on. Where else are you going to get all of that'

If any staff at VS is reading this, your doing a great job! Keep up the good work and I miss you all.

To anyone who is considering moving to VS, let me just tell you, the staff is made up of hard-working, caring people. You will have a beautiful apartment with assigned parking spaces.

Good review, people (especially people that skimp and save their pennies like you said) really need to get a clue. Stop complaining and enjoy life a bit!

You all are blind. This place is crap. Stech your pennies to smell like shipt after getting out the pool. Strech your pennies to see rats in the parking garage. The construction is horrible. You stupid Californians will pay for anything. If you are going to 30% than people in Dana Point, Laguna Beach and other places like that then you are just dumb. This whole area should be bombed by the military. Then we would get rid of idiots like you
