Personally, the imature kids that seem to inhabit this place have shown their true character andhelpedme decide this is not for me or any other professional person.

Wow, how desperate does IAC have to be to rent to these kinds of clients' Good luck to you all who live in this dorm room of an a place.

Its not the staff or facility that make this a poor place to live, its the people they tolerate and continue to allow occupy the community.

Get a clue IAC, professionals already graduated and don't want to live like they were still incollege.

I'd gladly pay more if it meant betters neighbors.

Great summary...except about the security....theft and drugs galore. Want to buy grugs...go knock on a few doors and you'll get hooked up for sure.
