horrible construction and noisy!

We have lived in Villa Siena for over two years.
The grounds and the pool areas are unbelieveable! However, Villa Siena only cares about outside appearances as they will repeatedly give you notices for anything on your porch.
In addition, our apartment leaks in several places everytime it rains and numerous spots of mold are growing in the ceiling even after being repaired many times by the staff.
The neighbors are noisy and the security staff is insane - one of them walks around the complex staring at all of the girls sunbathing at the pools.
(Believe it or not, after talking to one of the guards, I have heard him say racist statements!) Parking is a nightmare for visitors.
Beware - looks are deceiving!!
Update: lived there for 2 years; had the carpet cleaned after one year and the whole apartment professionally cleaned before we left.
Was charged carpet cleaning fee, painting fee, fee for cans of paint.
Received only $40 of $500! Just think if they do that to everyone - how much extra money they can make every year! Do the math! The management = EVIL!!

I just moved out of VS and they took almost all of the securisty deposit and niver provided a receipt!! There is mold everywhere in the apartment! Beware!!
