The first impression of this apartment comunity is amazing.

The landscaping and pool areas are breath taking.

After that, it goes to hell.

The management caters to the older crowd, even though the apartment is next to a major university.

They have several "noise nazis", who are residents that complain about every noise.

I received a noise notice for walking down my stairs in my own apartment.

The same neighbor complained about trash on his patio, even though i never went on my patio.

After he complained multiple times about things that never happened, i was told by management that there was nothing they could do, they had to take his word over my word.

After i finally got out they tried to take even more of my money by gouging me on my final walkthrough.

This apartment comunity is the worst apartment around.

If you are thinking about moving in make sure to give up all your personal freedoms at the big fancy gate.

I couldn't agree with your more. Villa is very ageist against the younger crowd. They will always believe the older residents over the younger ones.
