Villa Siena is definitely a beautiful community to live in, if you can deal with the parking problems and other standard problems associated with apartment living. I dont care what anyone says here on this board, but ANYWHERE you decide to rent there is going to be at LEAST one problem!! thats just something to expect living in an apartment! If its really going to upset you so much, buy a home- thats really the only solution. If you have to deal with someone in the leasing office talk to Scott, he's the nicest one up there and will always try to help you. Like other people have said, Dean seems kinda phony. The one major problem seems to be cars and motorcycles getting stolen or broken into. You would hope that when you pay 2k a month in rent you might be able to avoid these types of problems, but not here. My car got broken into once, but thankfully nothing was stolen.
