I lived at Villa Siena about 3 years ago but had to back out of the lease due to job relocation. But now I have been relocated back to Irvine and my first choice was Villa Siena again, and I am not disappointed once again. When living here before, my only problem I ever ran into what the really really white walls that are hard to maintain. This time around I found that we CAN paint the walls. I dont have a single problem with this place. It's beautiful, it is very maintained, all my maintence problems are solved within 2 hours, the staff is very nice, the layout is easy, and after moving around to different locations in LA... this is very much worth its money.
