This place is not worth the money. You smell like ass after using thier pools and spas. You think for an average rent of $2000 they could hire a good pool guy. Staff is horrible. Parking horrible. I really thought The Irvine Company stood for family. All they care about is money. This company should be investgated for fraud!! Oh ya a woman died in the complex. No one will talk and we still do not know what happened. This place always has cops and vans that look like undercover cops.

I work in the office, and again, feel the need to respond. 1. We have a pool service that comes 2x a week. I have never heard anyone complain that is smells bad. I will have the pool service check it out Monday. In the future, if you notice something wrong, please do not hesitate to call our office, we will have it handled immediatley. But, we don't know if nobody tells us. I am sorry for the inconvienence.2. as far as someone passing away, it is at the family's request that we have not spoken about it. There was a death, but it was not a crime scene or a question of integrity, it was a very sad situation, and if it was your family member, I am sure you wouldn't want the whole community knowing about it. 3. There are no undercover cops, no police scouting the place. Villa Siena has 1500 apartments, which is 4 times the size of a normal apartment community. So, take what happens at another community and times it by 4, then the %'s are a bit more even. Pls, call the office if you have any questions or need info or stat's on us, we would love to help in a fair forum.

Howardgh -- it's none of your business about someone dying in their apartment. No one needs to inform YOU about anything that happens in someone else's apartment.
Don't blame your wretched stench on the pool. After reading your review, I assume your natural body odor is "ass".
