I just moved into Villa Siena and I love it here. The staff has been great (but I haven't had any major issues). The grounds feel like a high class resort. My favorite is how I can drop off and pick up my dry cleaning at the concierge desk. I leased last weekend and they had valet service and I got my car washed while I toured. My security deposit was only $100.00. I don't know about the noise from enighbors, because I moved on the 4th floor, so I don't ahve anone above me. I shopped around, and moved from another Irvine Company apartment, but I love it here so far.
